Listing Audit

My most popular offering. You have an Airbnb listing but you don’t know how to stand out in a saturated market. Take your online listing to the next level with a quick listing audit. I’m a former editor, an Airbnb Plus superhost, and our listing has been featured in Sunset Magazine (as the #1 Home Tour of 2019). I also learned best practices of writing listing descriptions directly from the Airbnb Plus team. I’ll give you specific feedback on photos to take, words to use, and how to make your listing standout.

Cost: $450

Includes:

  • My eyes on your listing, studying the details of it! I have been an Airbnb Superhost for 10 years and our listing was recently designated Airbnb Plus, an invitation-only group of the top listings.

  • 10 bulleted action points to make additions or improvements to your listing.

  • 1 x Accountability Email from me to check in on your progress.

Coaching Support

Elevate your listing, get on the path to superhost and fill your Airbnb calendar. Take a deeper dive with me to understand what it will take to get your listing to the next level. We’ll do a virtual walk-through of your space to identify what can be improved and to highlight the style you’re aiming to achieve. I will give you an action list. I won’t do the work (the shopping or cleaning) for you - but will give you a specific plan to guide your styling and work to uplevel your space. I’ll share my wisdom of hosting for 12 years (and getting our listing awarded Airbnb Plus as well as coverage in Sunset Magazine) and combine it with your personal style.

Cost: $800

Includes:

  • Two Zoom sessions (60 min each) including a tour of your space

  • A detailed plan to improve your listing covering decor, amenities, online listing edits or marketing approach.

  • 4 weeks of personalized support: accountability emails to check on progress and answer questions and support via Voxer or Slack

Custom Idea Board

You need styling help - your space is nice but not stand-out-amazing! I can help you hone in on your personal style and give you specific ideas for art or decor and details to add to your space to help it stand out. My last mood board won an online design competition to create a woodsy Airbnb cabin collection in Ohio.

Cost: $500

Includes:

  • My eyes on your space: via your online listing or receiving up to 20 photos of your space.

  • One worksheet to help guide your styling choices and hone your style

  • One google slide deck of images based on your completed worksheet
