we strive to be equal opportunity hosts. we open our home to people with diverse backgrounds and traditions whatever your race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, culture, religion, and physical and mental abilities. when booking, we will ask you for the purpose of your travels and who will stay here. we do so not to discriminate, but because we simply want to get a feel for your communication style and know why you are coming (we have declined when people who want to use the space for a big party or when people are booking for someone else).

cancellations + Cleaning fee

full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in.
no refunds for cancellations made within seven days of check-in.

100% of the cleaning fee goes to our house cleaner, Ana, who cleans the casita professionally between each booking, and we cannot waive the cleaning fee. we can give 10% discounts for stays longer than three nights.

House rules

no smoking anywhere on the property. no parties or events without prior approval from hosts.
guests are asked to please remove shoes inside the casita.
